It's official!!!!! We are sponsoring a National Day of Awareness to End Texting and Driving on March 21st.  It's a day to tell the world about the dangers of texting and driving and to ask everyone to Remember Alex Brown every day thereafter.  We want texting and driving to end forever so it's not a day to not text and drive, it's a day to raise awareness about the dangers of texting and driving to end it forever!!!!

We are setting up a process for people to help spread the word.  We need your help getting everyone in America to participate on March 21st by asking them to: 

1) Watch this intro video:  click here 
2) Download the song about Alex Brown called Til U Got Home by Mark McGuinn here or on iTunes
3) Call your local radio station and ask them to play the song and tell the story and interview the family (pending scheduling obviously)
4) Sign the pledge at www.rememberalexbrownfoundation.org or at any Palm Harbor Homes location
5) Hang posters, display your RAB Bumper Sticker and wear your RAB Bands - and tell others to do the same  
6) Change your Facebook profile picture to our logo for the National Awareness Day and invite all of your Facebook friends (here's a shortcut)

Accept the invite, then invite all your FB friends! Rather than going thru each & selecting them individually, U can select them ALL in just a few clicks by doing the following:

(1) Click on the 'Select Guests to Invite' button (left)
(2) copy and paste the following into your URL bar at the top of your browser (where the web address is displayed): javascript:fs.select_all();
(3) All friends will change colour to blue - hit 'Send Invitation' (There is a place 2 Send Ur Message w/ Ur Invite, 2, & you're done!

Live Streaming Video from RAB
The Browns will do a live video feed three times throughout the day to allow any schools or other groups and obviously individuals to hear their message live.  The videos will be at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Wednesday March 21 2012 (all times Central)

Other ideas our members have suggested:
-Call your insurance company and ask them to ask all of their customers to take the pledge
-Ask your school, church or any other group to participate
-Ask your Mayor to officially declare the day in your city
-Ask all your friends in the media to help promote the day
-Hang posters anywhere you can get permission to hang them
